How must my grant application be formatted?

Grant applications must be submitted on LETTER SIZE paper only. DO NOT staple or provide any material in a binder.

How many copies must I submit?

The Foundation requires ELEVEN (11) copies of your application.

Can I submit my application electronically?

No. Please send eleven (11) hard copies either by 1st class mail to our mailing address or by courier to our civic address. Do not send by Priority Post or by Fax.

Is there anyone I can ask for assistance in preparing my application?
